RE: FA layout blinds

It sure does. I don't disassemble mine, however, others do. It has a strap to carry it, and is big enough to fit gun, thermos, shooting bag, etc. and the hunter inside. Mine is in Max-4 camo, works...

RE: First Timer

Guided hunts are great, however, some informal checking around and scouting may land you permission to hunt private property for free, if you have the gift of gab.

I agree, the Eastern Shore,...

RE: Gun Question

I have a friend and die hard hunting companion that uses a Mossberg 835, and he bought it used many years ago. One can always use 3" in the gun, no one says you have to use the 3 1/2". His gun has...

RE: full body, supermag and mag decoys together?

I agree with ColoradoLuckyDog. Any full body decoy will only help. We use Big Foot full body decoys with great success. We usually put a dozen or so in a silhoutte spread to add realism and the "full...

RE: Federal Black Cloud

I have received word from Federal that they are not producing Black Cloud in 10 ga. for this season (2007-2008), however, possibly next year.

For ColoradoLuckyDog, from what I have seen, Black...

RE: Goose ?s

"V" or "U" pattern works, also a "J" with the hook of the J being where you are set up with the wind to your back.

Depending on the number of decoys you have, you may want to try several...

RE: YOUR GOOSE CALLS

The choice all depends on what you want.

For geese, I use a Sean Mann "Eastern Shoreman" Bird's Eye Maple flute call. Yes, it was expensive, but I've had it for twenty years and have NEVER had...

RE: Opinions please

Dude:

More than 5 guys may be a problem with gunbarrels going in all directions.

I use a Final Approach Eliminator Blind, gets you in the decoys, where you need to be.

I use a...

RE: Canadian Goose Advice, Please!

It appears as if you have the equipment, I would consider a blind to shoot from, but if this is your first season, experience will teach you what you need.

Initially, hunters need plenty of clay...
