I personally have never used it but I know people who have. From what they tell me a decoy will help greatly when using the wheeze. It gives the buck a target.....and you as well.

If at all possible you need to put it out in advance of your hunt. That is not to say you won't get some curious deer that catch it on the wind and come to investigate. But having it out in advance...

Well first off thanks for the advice. They just recently made it lawful for anyone with a regular hunting liscence in AL to use a crossbow. Now I know in the past it was for handicapped people...
