I shot my first banded bird on saturday, a hooded merganser. I figure that was almost the perfect ending to a duck season so didn't go out yesterday.

I don't understand kings comment as the x2 is designed to handle extremely harsh conditions.

I shot a 390 for years and just bought a x2 previous to this last season, if you can afford it they...

thanks for all the help guys, I had it narrowed down to 100 gr. soft point or the 95 grain silvertip. Any other advice you have for a first timer.

i also had a problem with flambeau brand, of a dozen 5 drakes didn't float curently have two dozen of the hot buy and no problems only one year old though

i've been told the cross bred labradoodles don't shed can't speak for their performance though
