If it has hard tubing, then I think you push or pull the top (peak) down first, then colapse all wall points. Then with the center (peak) down, then the other base points should be able to pull in....

Pick up one of the cheap clamp top work benches. Menards sometimes has them on sale for less than 16$. They fold flat and you can clamp another board in them to make them larger. Or something to use...
