Is this a good deal?

My buddy wants a cheap beginner bow, and I saw an '06 PSE Bruin (29/70)rigged out (modestly) with a string/cable that is in good shape. Is $140 tydtoo much for this?

Best short ATA bow you have shot

Looking for some input on ideas for a new bow. I was set on the DXT, but wanted to hear some experiences with other short ATA (31" or less) bows, and which ones you liked the best overall.
