Hmm, I've shoot many hogs with my 30-06, but my favorite is my almost new remington 887 nitro mag tactical. Thats a nice shotgun for hogs

I've got a little problem. I've got a buckmaster 6-18x40 and a sako quad with 4 different barrels in different calibers. 22lr,22wm,17mach2 and 17hmr. I want to use the nikon to all 4 barrels....

In most places? I'm not telling anyone to hunt illegal. Even if you only hunt from dawn to dusk there will be a big difference between a 40mm and a 56mm scope. I use my 56's at night during full moon...

I've used nosler BST 150 grains on smaller hogs (100-120lbs) without any problems. For larger hogs I use hornady's Interbond 150 grains. The BST is a good bullet but not for 200lbs or even biggerhogs.

I would recommend 308, 30-06, 300wm, 338, 9,3x62 the bigger hog the bigger caliber. As for bullets go for a better harder bullet, nosler accubond, Hornady interbond. I would not recommend varmint...

shot this fella thursday night, used my 30-06 and hornady Interbond 150grain. Had to trace him with my jagdterrier eventhough it was a good hit straigt in the heart.

Here in sweden or the rest of europe Zeiss is considered as the number one scope. If you had tried a diavari victory or varipoint you would not dissagre....
