I have had a BROWNING SWEET 16 since the late 60' s . It has never failed me. A great gun and one of the best dove guns made . The balance is as good as any fine double .

I shot a doe with a 50 cal. maxiball at a distance of 60 yds. It punched a hole clean through . It was lungshot and didn' t go far. The exit hole was the size of a quarter. Conclusion --The deer died...

I have had a hawkin 50 cal since the early 70' s . It shoots as good as any inline with 90 gr groex and conical bullets. I don' t like the new fangled bullets and fake black powder. I think it takes...

I have a Vanguard rifle in 300 weatherby mag. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to reduce recoil. It has a synthetic stock. Could I put lead shot or a recoil reducer in the stock? Any ideas would...

:D I have never been recoil shy - some people are. What are some of the tricks used to beat recoil ? I simple remain loose and roll or give with the recoil . It works for me. Any other tips ??
