I'm not sure if this was directed at my reply, but if so:
No, my bow has never been dry fired. I bought it new in July 05, and watched it come out of the box. I shoot 460gr total weight of CX...

Whisper Creek

A friend of mine just bought a Whisper Creek Stealth from Hunter's Friend. Do any of you have any experience with Whisper Creek, and what's your opinion of them?

RE: New Mexico mule deer, unit 33

I hunt unit 32 almost every year. If you aren't familiar it is right across hwy 70 from 33. Try to stay close to the Pecos. The deer will move in and out of the salt cedar that lines the river. Find...

Check your limbs for cracks as well. I just had my second set of limbs installed on my '05'. Both sets were delaminating.

RE: Contact question on Shaky Hunter

I would personally go with the teflon tape. As long as your arrow slides quietly along, and you are grouping with FP's and BH's I don't see the problem.

RE: Arrow Wraps with Blazer Vanes

I use the full 7" wraps so there is that much more wrap to contrast against the arrows surroundings. IMO it is easier to find your arrow after a pass through or a miss.

RE: HELP ME PICK OUT A BOW FOR THE MS.

I agree with Roskoe on the equalizer. She should shoot as many bows as possible, but out of all the short draw/low weight bows, the equalizer remains supreme.
