Well USA, I just got the regs for Cronin Ranch.... no rifles, no predator hunting. Shotgun, Muzzle loader, or bow for deer upland game or water fowl.

Dogs can be trained in differnt methods. Treats work for some, other will refuse after you think they are trained when they don't get a treat.

Sit: hold a treat in your hand, say sit and bend...

Try Cronin Ranch in Lotus it's BLM Property and with the snow in the Sierras should be plenty of hunting in that area, it's part of the American River area Northwest of Placerville.

usa should be nice hunting with the weather we've had snow is just above Placerville now. I've seen plenty of coyotes in the area the last few months. All the growth around here is turning them up....

There is a lot of public land in eastern San Diego County check out dfg.ca.gov to see Deer Zones and regs that are area specific. Many of the hunters will head north on I5 to get up a Tehachapie it...

24/7 Lefty, I guess I'm lucky the guy who owns the local bow shop is a lefty too so he doesn't charge extra for left handed gear and the nice thing is he keeps left handed bows in stock.

Thanks, I shoot the 130's for deer here in Northern California or if we head back to Wyoming. The 150's are for a friend who wants to hunt elk. I already reload my 06 with the CT Balistic Silver Tips...
