There are plenty out there. You just need to know where to look. Leupold and Bushnell make them.

You may not want my suggestion but here goes: There are 2 things to never go cheap on and that is optics and boots. Distances that you plan on shooting at are not the important thing. The ability to clearly see the target and get a good sight picture is. I have a Bausch and Lomb 1.5x6 that would be about perfect. Pretty light, good duplex recticle, gathers good light and is crystal clear. Such a scope isn't "cheap" but it isn't really expensive either. I would avoid "cheap" and go for decent quality in either a 4x fixed scope or a low power variable.

But you can do as you wish, it is your $$$ and your tag.

I have a compact 2 1/2 fixed power leupold on my 35 marlin lever that works well. However, I also agree what Flag said about 1.5 x 6 scope. IMO go compact

I'd definitely go with Leupold. They're solid.
