Default What did Leupold do?

Went to look for a VX2 and I see Leupold changed up their whole lineup....

Why do they gotta try to confuse me?

Hope it is marketing strategy to expand the line and attract more customers. The trend now seems to be to offer a bunch of different reticles.

Hope it isn't the marketers and bean counters that hatched a plan to play the consumer. Relabel, make cheaper. more profit.

Posted in another thread I thought Leupold was going to discontinue that line. Read a couple weeks ago that that line is no longer in their catalog. It's consolidation. Appears the VX-1 and 2 have been replaced by the Freedom line.

That's what it appears.

I wonder if quality is similar, less, more?

Slim,

Looks like he hasn't logged on in over a month. Any chance you have any outside contact info for him?

That's probably a good idea, as he was regularly logging in before.
