Quick question
 

Hey guys I just won a savage axis 2. I am not impressed with the kaspa scope on this gun. My rifles all wear a leupold vx1. Here's the question, the scope tube on the leupold is 5.6 inches which will make it a tight fit with the factory bases. Have any of you mounted this combination? With or without offset rings? Thanks.
