Scope Rings

I just purchased a new nikon monarch 4-16x42mm scope and i now need scope rings. I am debating on either a set of DNZ or Leupold Dovetail rings. Anyone have any suggestions on which one you like more.

I use Burris "zee" rings, but I've been hearing good things about DNZ's.

I use a lot of Warne and Leupold rings. I use Warne QD rings on some rifles. If it is a Ruger, I normally just use their rings.

I use Leupold std rings, except Ruger rings on my one Ruger.

Most the stuff I have bought recently has been Warne...been really happy with their quality and fit and haven't had any problems. I also have a lot of older and some newer Luppy stuff and honestly can't complain about them. I too have heard good things about DNZ, just haven't had the opportunity to purchase a set and put them to use. For "rail" based stuff though I like EGW bases with Millett or Warne rings.

I forgot, I do have Millet rings on a couple of my guns. Can't complain - they are every bit as good as the others I have.

I would skip both of those and go with a set of Burris Signature rings. You can get them for a Leupold base or for a Weaver style base. I prefer the Weaver style base, but either will work.

I use Talley's on most of my finer rifles.

I use DNZ game reapers on all of my rifles.
