Has anyone bought the Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 for 299.99 at OpticsPlanet?
 

Was about to buy this scope because it's listed at 299.99 after a 100 dollar rebate. Has anyone got this deal? The reason I ask is because if you look at the mail in rebate, it doesn't list this particular model. My luck I would buy it and then not get the 100 dollar rebate.

Sorry about that. We saw this thread this morning and looked into it - it's just the Rapid Z reticle that has the $100 rebate (bringing it from $569.99 to $469.99 after rebate.) When the rebate was loaded into the system, it thought if one model had the rebate, all must.

We've already put in the request to fix it and it should be all set by tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you pointing it out for us.

Thanks for the reply. I hope not too many customers purchased this thinking they were getting the scope at $299.99 only to find out soon that it was a mess up.

Oh well! Even for an extra hundred bucks, you still get the best scope on the planet in the 400$$ range!
