comparison of different type of sighting devices
 

I am looking for an optics device to put on my AR-15.

I have never used any type of sighting devices other that traditional tube scope and open sights.

I am just wondering if I might be satisfied with something like a red dot, holographic or laser sighting device.

Do you think that after having been used to using a traditional multiple power tube scope that I would be satisfied with the accuracy that I might be able to get when using one of these other types of non-magnifying sighting devices ?
