Default Radio frequency 2182KHz no longer for distress

FYI...this is offshore fishermen. The USCG is no longer monitoring 2182 on single side band (SSB) radios as a distress frequency. The new frequency for maritime distress is 4125.

VHF channel 16 is still reserved for hailing & distress. Satellite phones are becoming a preferred method of notification & communication.
