Flounder rig

I have been told the flounder rig called an "old salt" is a good one to use for flounder. Is anyone familiar with this rig and how it's made? I hate buying something I can make myself.

In the surf I like using a small buck tail tied on with a loop knot (sorry don't know the official name) about six inches above a bottom sinker not a surf sinker. The idea is for the bottom sinker to roll around while your doing the retrieve. I usually tip it with Berkley power bait. I've also used this while fishing off a boat with success.

Those squids look good. I think I might have to try them sometime.

Nice rigs, what's the best way to retreive/work them?
