Best bait for Pompano?
 
I've used shrimp, dead and alive. The live ones worked best, but it was still kinda hit and miss. Last year I only caught four. Is there another bait that is better?

We use Large live shrimp and Blue Shedder Crab.

Use clams. don't worry about fresh live clams. Get the frozen ones. they are bigger. All ya gotta do is cut off a slice and bingo!
