Looking for a new powder & load for my 223?

I own a Savage Model 12-fv chambered in 223-Remington. This is the load I worked up:
Fed small rifle primer
52-grain HPBT Sierra MatchKing bullet
27.5-grains of Varget.
This rifle shoots this load very well. Over time I have grown to hate Varget powder. Varget is a pain for me to throw.
I am looking for a good spherical or ball powder to try in my 223. Does anyone have any loads they would like to share?
I will list a few powders I know I have, if it helps?
H-335,
H-380
H-BL-C (2)
Reloader-10
Accurate 2230

Diaclaimer: I never start my loads at or near maximum. I always work my way up & check for signs of pressure.:)

Thanks,

Wolf Killer

Wolf Killer - H-380 is a little on the slow side for a .223, although it meters very well out of a powder measure. RL-12 is my "go to" powder for this caliber. WW-748 and H-335 are also at the top of the list. And if your "handle" means you are a coyote hunter, I would check out some of the plastic tipped bullets - like the V-max or Blitzking. Roskoe

Varget is hard to thow? It is one of the best powders to work with that I use.

I admit a little crunchy in the measure but not bad compare to other extruded powders I've used.

Lets all make a refernce to that thread we never recieved in each post!;)[8D]

Oh, and back to the question. I would also look into using W-748. I load a mid-range load with that and a 45 grain Speer SPT in my .223. It works very well.

BLC-2 , H335 or AA2230 take your pick all work great.
If I had to pick 1 it would be H 335 ,I have burned several 8 lb jugs in my Savage 110 V
Behind a Nosler 50 gr BT the last few years.

Pittsburghunter Can me anul if you like. I have fallen in love with spherical powders because they meter so well. 27.5-grains of Varget fills a 223 case plum full. I can switch to a spherical powder & avoid the mess.
I have several loads ready to test at the range with AA-2230 & H-335. I just need a break in the weather.

Thanks to all that have responded,

My .223 likes 30gr of H335 with a 40gr Barnes VLC and 28.7gr of AA 2460 and a 40gr Hornady V-max. I use CCI 450 (small rifle mag) primers.
