I like corn cob with about an inch of Flitz in each load for the first 4 loads or so then back off to every other load about ½" per load... the Flitz will help polish and seal up the brass to protect from corrosion/discoloration... slicks them up that they chamber easier before and release easier after firing...

Rockfish don't let the secret out, FLITZ. FLITZ has a sealing compound that prevents that dulling which is corrosion that will form in normal air. I use walnut which is too big so I run it through the food processor making smaller chuncks then I add Flitz. It cleans the flash hole better. The steps before and after are a matter of prefrence.
