I just got back from the gunsmith in town. He checked to see how far the firing pin was protruding from the bolt face and couldn't see that it was not protruding far enough to not strike the primer hard enough to fire. He also took the bolt apart and checked the firing pin spring and said that it had plenty of tension. He is also confused as to what it could be. The next thing he suggested I do is pull the bullets and seat new primers, powder and bullets in the same cases to see if the primers could have been bad. Who knows. I will keep every one updated as to how it goes. I think this year for hunting, I will stick with the factory loads that I shot the other day since they shot fine in my rifle. I will just buy another box or two to become a little more familiar with them, as they were sighted in at 100 yds the other day with my current scope settings. I would rather be safe than sorry when that deer walks in front of my scope!

I agree with this opinion. I have seen it before, and have even had it happen to me! It is easy to set the shoulder back just a bit too much, which had the same affect as excessive headspace. The energy from the firing pin is wasted driving the case forward, and kind of cushions the blow as well. Pull the bullets from the cases, dump the powder and deprime with a universal depriming die, or even a punch. Just don't resize them, so there is no change in case dimensions. Reprime, and try the primed case. If it still won't fire, that pretty much defines the problem.
