RE: 300 RUM 200 gr Loading Data
Go to the Nosler web page . I think that they have three or four loads that you can start with, for the 200 grain.

I use 77 grains of IMR 4350 with the 200 grain Nosler accubonds. I use Fed 215 magnum primers and an OAL of 3.600". I get a chronographed muzzle velocity of 2840 fps. This same load will work for the Nosler Partition but the Accubonds shoot a little more accurately than the Patitions.

Ive heard that with the 300 RUM if you back off the powder charge by 2 to 3 grains less then the max charge it is more accurate and less finiky.

RE: 300 RUM 200 gr Loading Data
I never saw the need for any bullet heavier than 180gr in .308 diameter. If you really want the maximum penetration load up some 180gr failsafes. They will penetrate as well and usually better than any 200gr or 220gr bullet manufactured.I have killed five elk and two moose so far with 180gr bullets out of my 300ultramags and the performance was excellent.

RE: 300 RUM 200 gr Loading Data
I suggest you try at least the 180gr TSX. I had good luck with 89gr of RL25. This will give you all the penetration you will ever need. I nor alot of shooters have had good luck with solid shank bullets shooting subMOA groups. You can usually get acceptable accuracy, but nothing outstanding. Your results may vary. And Partitions are always great. I got the TSX's to shoot better than the partitions. But I had good results with 94.5gr of H1000 with 180gr partitions. Either combo will not fail you.
