ORIGINAL: driftrider Another thought... Your seater die may be misadjusted. Do you have your seater die set to crimp the mouth of the cases? If so, and you are using non-cannellured bullets, you would be causing the die to create a slight bulge around the mouth and neck which would make chambering difficult if not impossble.
