Bc your right.. My current employer owns a company that designs these sites and it is sure an improvement over previous garbage they had. I used to get real sick looking at the old one.

Now if they would put a few teasers load data pages out there like Nosler. Not the complete manual, but just a few.

Their old sight used to have some data for the smaller caliber rifles (.223, 22-250, .243), but I can't find it on their new site.

I do like the way it looks, but it is too image intensive for us poor dial-up users. Takes forever to load the site, but more importantly none of the graphics on the site cache on the browser like other sites too, so each page loads fresh including the static graphics that stay the same on each page. It's pretty annoying. It does load faster than the Nosler site, however.

I think that too many web page designers get carried away with all the razzle-dazzle features and forget that not everyone is on a dedicated T-1 line. I'd personally rather have a nothing but the meat-n-potatos website that loads fast than a beautiful, spared-no-expense and used every trick in the book website that takes 10 minutes to load up each flippin page. Some websites have both available and allow low-bandwidth users to select a faster version while preserving the nicer bigger version for those blessed with high-speed internet.
