Hodgdon experimantal packs

I just thought I would make some of you aware of a new product from Hodgdon that may not have seen these yet.

For those of you that are experimenting with reloading for the first time or are on a budget Hodgdon is making "experimantal packs" of powder. The packs will include four different powders in 1/4 pound bottles each of the powders best suited for a particular application. This should cut down on the initial cost of working up new loads for a particular cartridge.

They will be available in:
Light Varmint: H322, Benchmark, H335, Varget
Hunter Rifle: Varget, H4895, H414, H4350
Magnum Rifle: H4350, H4831, H1000, Retumbo

RE: Hodgdon experimantal packs

Seems like a great idea and I'm almost sold on it, but....

-The Hodgdon site says that the packs will only be available in limited numbers.
-I usually load at least a minimum of 50 rds to work up a new load, 4oz of powder isn't enough for anything bigger than a .223 to do so.
-This sales ploy woul dprobably be much more successful with shotgun/pistol powder- I would definately take advantage of it then.
