What reloader do you use and why?

RE: What reloader do you use and why?
What I have is a bunch of Lee equipment that I have set up but not used. I reload my shotgun shells but I am the type person that can read about it but I have to also see it before I can understand it well. Just havent been able to find someone that can SHOW me the how's and why's of it yet.
Why use somthing else when I havent used what I have? I like the setup of the dillon and know a person that has one and he is willing to teach me to use one of these.
+ I dont know If I have this setup right or if I have all the parts for it.
Any way Thanks for the info and any help will be put to good use.

Who, RCBS has a how to reload section on their site, with pictures it's very informative. there's also a reloading video out there ( I can't remember who made it) In my opinion you should learn how to use the single stage press first as the operations are done the same on the progressive but faster and with that any mistakes can happen faster too.

If you have someone who can show you the ropes of metallic reloading, definately lean on them, even if they have a different setup than you have. There are alot of nuances to reloading that can take alot of time, powder and bullets to learn, instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, get help from an established relaoder.

Who I have the dillon xl650 and I love it. I mean just love it. It does take some getting used to but I take it slow anyway right now. But when I get better at it I can really turn out a lot of products. The main reason I got the 650 over the 550 is that the 650 has the extra die space. I love the die check station. I mean its vital as far as I am concerned. Its a awesome machine and well worth every penny I put into it. You will not be sorry trust me. Its great.
Good luck and If you need any more questions answered just ask.

I use several. The Rockchucker loads most of my rifle ammo. I have a Lee 1000 progressive and a coupls of Lee turret presses. The lees are pretty cheap but load excellent pistol ammo really fast. I have had the Rock Chucker for about 35 years. I have used some Lyman gear with fine results as well.

I have two rock chuckers, Dillon 550b, and a Lee 5stage progressive. I use the Dillon and the rockchuckers all of the time, with the dillon for large quantities and the rockchuckers for when I want to try a specific load. If money is no object than for me the dillon is the way to go, you can use it as a single stage or progressive.
