Tumblers
Who makes the best tumbler for the money, is one better for rifle or pistol than the other

RE: Tumblers
I've got a Vibrashine and like it a lot. I bought it online from Sinclair Int'l. I imagine there are other brands that will serve you just as well, though.

RE: Tumblers
I have a Lyman tumbler that i got at a steal from a friend who was getting out of reloading and it has served me well. If it ever quits on me i'll buy a RCBS tumbler only because i like and use mostly RCBS products and have had good service with them. I don't really think one brand is better than the other as long as it gets the job done.

RE: Tumblers
I also have a Lyman and it works well for me.

RE: Tumblers
The Frankfort Arsenal tumbler marketed by MidwayUSA is probably the most inexpensive model on the market and it works GREAT. Had mine for 2 years so far and not a hiccup yet out of it.

RE: Tumblers
I got a cabelas model and it has worked fine for 4 years and finally last weekend, its not vibrating enough to clean the cases. Kinda lost its shake? But before that I liked it.

RE: Tumblers
I was thinking you get what you pay for, but from what I gather a cheap one is good enough
Thanks for all the input |
RE: Tumblers
I got the Lyman Turbo Twin. With two sizes of tubs it makes it easy to either tumble a lot or if you have a small load, put it in the little one. I find I am using the little one much more than the big tub. Less problem separating the brass as they can't hide in that small tub.

RE: Tumblers
All the tumblers are made by the same company with the same Fasco Motors and off balance mechanisms.
Purchase them by price. |
