Do you separate brass by number of firings?
 

I know most reloaders separate brass based on its manufacturer, but do any of you seperate your brass based on the number of times you've loaded and fired it?

Yes.It best to know how many times it has been fired it won't last forever.
I won't go into details,but it will go bad.

Only by caliber. They all get inspected even ones I know are once fired. Any bad stuff gets pinched and tossed in the go to the salvage yard pail.

I do. I use layered tubs to organize them, more firings work their way down the layers.

I always have it separated by manufacturer and how many times each case has been fired.

Here's what I use. I have stacks on stacks of them, these have a bunch of 1x brass of a buddies I reload for, the other has some revolver projects I'm working on. 1x fired goes in the top, then moves down. Once I have a critical mass, I work the top layers until they all get caught up to the same count.

I used to mix brass after annealing, so I might have 6 loads on some and 3 on others, but now I keep it straight across, so when my pockets loosen up, I can keep track of the entire lot instead of having some blended. The annealing does seem to bring me back to the same point, virtually regardless of the number of firings.
