I have had good results with the following.
R-19
R-22 with 250 gr. bullets
IMR 4350
H 4350
IMR 4831
H 4831

These are all with 225 and up bullets.

Re19 is the "go to" powder for the 338 winny, I did do some work with a friends model 70 that shot Re22 behind a 250 gr SMK like a house a fire.
