Amen RR and alleyooper. Wonder how many folks out here even know who Alley Oop was?

I have never reloaded "in the blind" for anyone. I have hand loaded "with" a few friend's but only after a thorough inspection of their rifles and a long "how to" teaching session. More or less guiding them through the process.

My buddy loads for me. Has been for 25yrs. I don't think he does for anyone else. I've done it with him a few times over the years.

My rule of thumb is that I will only reload for myself or family members. HD.

You should pay him what you would pay at your LGS for the reloaded ammo. To reload safely and accurately takes time . The equipment needed to reload correctly, and safely is expensive. You would have to reload thousands of rounds to pay for the cost of reloaded ammo VS. store bought. Add in the cost of components, primers, powder, bullets, and really, you are getting a bargain for custom ammo at gun store prices.

Great comic strip. Alley, Ooola, King Gus, Queen Umpa and all the rest. Or, are you talking about the song by the Hollwood Argyles in 1960?:barmy:
