7.62x25 tok. Fron 223 brass.

My question ; what is the best method of reaming the neck. I am loading for a Zastava m57, basically a Tokarev 33. I am waiting on some 90 grain, .309 bullets from midway. I have read some of the brass will not need to be reamed. I have yet to trim the brass, resize and annealing the necks. When i measure it, i might not have to ream, but if i do, whats the best way without buying a reamer?

Ill post info for others who might try this. I made a reamer and started cutting brass. I do not like it. I anneal it, ream it, yet it still is thick. Have to watch your loads because the case volume is less. And the rim of the 223 is a tad smaller than the Tok. It pops out of my primer press, making I a booger to prime. It also jumps out of my case sizer. I just bought some Starling brass from Midway and it works great. I wanted to try the 223 to see how it works. It will work, but I do not like working with it or the results.
