Default Favorite 270 Winchester Loads

My son is planning on a pronghorn/muledeer hunt in October I believe in Montana. I would like to make some loads up for his Rem 700. He said he would like to use 140gr bullets. Can anyone provide me with their favorite loads so I can work some up for him.

Thanks!!

My Rem 700 would shoot under an inch all day long with 54 gr of IMR4350 and a 130 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip

Thanks guys for the info. Looks like I'm off to get some IMR4350 powder.

If you can't find IMR4350 in these troubling times, Hodgden 4350 has a very similar burn rate. They are not interchangeable but smilar.

I have had better luck with H4350 in both of my 270's accuracy-wise than IMR4350...but I also shoot the 150g Nosler Ballistic Tip as opposed to the 130g bullets people are referring to.
