Personally, I feel that they can at least give a response to a customers question whether or not it has been given to hundreds of others. Poor customer service IMO. I have never been a huge fan of remington components myself and if they can't justify responding to a simple question, why should I think that they would give better customer service in the future on a different issue. Just IMO. HD.

Keep this in mind next time you decide to purchase a firearm or reloading supplies.
Really? Lets make us all look even more like a bunch of paranoids to the world. Supply and demand, its in a class they taught in school called economics. When everyone and their brother buys up all they can in a panic, supply dwindles. The ammo makers, and gun makers as well, make guns at a rate that matches normal demands to remain profitable. When demand goes up exponentially overnight, they can not keep up with that, period.
