sorry this is the last ? i promise

I have looked over the reloaders and I seems that the only differents between the mec 600 jr mark 5 and the sizemaster is that the size measter also resizes the shell. Is it crucial to have that extra step or can i save the money and get the 600 jr? thanks again

Without looking at the specs I'm pretty sure that both presses will resize the shell. But one (usually the more costly one) will do it faster and more conveniently than the other.

I use Activ shells for all my shotgunning and they have a plastic head that does not need resizing.

The size master resizes the high brass better, but when you get into reading about reloading shotshells, you can and will make low brass work like high brass shells.

The ammo industry kept up the old high and low brass on the market because of old timers who would be put off seeing low brass high pressure loads.

I use the MEC jr. and low brass AA and Federal hulls with no problem for what ever load I want to build.
