Loads for 270 WSM
 

Just wondering is anyone has any input on a good load for a 270 WSM. I am getting really good shot groups with Winchester Supreme Ballistic Silvertips at 130 gr. The price for a box has doubled in the last year and I am looking to reload. Thanks for any info.

Buy a reloading manual, decide on what bullet you want to use and then work up a load that your gun likes. What shoots well in my gun may not in yours.

I have been shooting the same load as you with good results. The only other round I tried in my 270wsm is Federal Fushion which was ok, but not as good as the Supreme Ballastics.

I have good luck with Winchester cases, Winchester large rifle mag. primer, Accurate Arms MagPro powder and a Nosler 140gr. Accubond bullet.
