crazy gun or what???
 

I purchased a Winchester Coyote semi heavy barrel in 22-250 cal, probably got about 250 rds through it and cannot find a load that will shoot , I can't remember the twist rate. anyone have this gun??

What kind of scope? Maybe it's junk.

What kind of groups are you getting? Is it totally erratic, or does it tend to walk shots off uniformly? How many different loads have you tried, and how far off the lands with what bullets?

W/W cases, size half of the neck only...Winchester standard large rifle..34.1 grains of IMR 4064 and a 50 grain moly coated V-max...if it won't shoot that load..TRADE IT IN !

Check Scope, bases, rings, get some Medium Loctite....:wink:

The possiblities for problems could be in scope/mounts/rings/barrel/bedding/crown/operator error.....not just the load. If your 22-250 will not shoot a 50 gr. Vmax and a max dose of H380 you probably don't have a "load problem".
