I don't think it will get any better but I do think I went over the max: charge.
I was reading some info but can't seem to find it again on this load maybe someone can tell me if I am O.K.
The above shot from the bench to night at 75 yards
noslers Bt 95 grain
IMR 4350 43.0 grains
COAL 2.700

I'd stick with the load you got, unless you're seeing pressure signs.
Oh, and I think that you measured that group incorrectly, because it's most definitely smaller the 0.475". I'm guessing you measured the edge-to-edge outside spread. The proper way to measure a group in center-to-center. To do this you measure the greatest outside spread and subtract the bullet diameter. In your case, you'd have 0.475" - 0.243" = 0.232", which even for 75 yards is a stellar group for a hunting rifle. This equates to roughly 0.31 MOA. I'd be tickled with those results.

The gun is a SPR 18 import single shot (russian)
I can't tell you how many time the gun almost became a stake in the misses garden.
I did a lot of playing with it ends up like a timeX watch takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
I must of taken it apart (the action) a million times started with a 7 lbs pull I got it down to 2 1/2lb.
I went threw 2 firing pins one hammer( took to much off)
but all in all it will make a excellent rain gun.
The bullets are the noslers Btips 95 grain
I use to get light primer hits but now it seem the full length die needed a little more on the shoulder of the shell,I now have close to 200 rounds fired and no more problems
