RELOADING THE .44-40 and 38-40
 

Hello Friends,
I am not a reloader, though I may learn one day. Nevertheless, are there any "hot" factory loads for the 44-40 like there are for the .45 L.C. (Buffalo Bore and Cor-bon)? How "hot" can the .44-40 be reloaded? Hot enough for whitetail, elk, boar? I love to shoot the old west cartridges and I hope to hunt with them next fall/winter.
