Help with new pistol loads 44 mag and 357 mag
 

I just received my order from Montana bullet works (very fast service A++++).I have 44 cal. 300 grain gas checks and 357 mag 150 gas checks both are wide flat nose.Does anybody have any loads for either of these bullets ? The powders that I have are lil gun,h110 and 2400 .The reloading manuals that I have do not show any loads for bullets with gas checks. I am going to use these in our upcoming deer season.The pistols are 44 mag.ruger super redhawk and a dan wesson model 15 357 mag.

Don't worry about the gas checks, they will not effect your loads. If you have data for that weight of lead bullet in that caliber go ahead and use it. If you were to use lead bullet data to load jacketed bullets then you would have concern because the jacketed bullets have more friction in the barrel and that increases the presures.
