SO I put some brass for sale on Flea-bay and they took it down
Said it was "dangerous material". I sent them an email back saying it was not loaded ammo. Has anyone here bought or sold brass on the bay? I could swear I read about people doing it on here.

I used to buy 12 gauge empties on ebay. Can't get them any more. Walmart has gone commie too.
I think it is important to do as much business as possible with people who actually support our civil rights. I have seen reloading components for sale on Gunbroker.com. I wasn't really paying attention to price, as they didn't have my flavor, but I don't think it was too bad. In other words, Ebitch has opened the door for competition. |

RE: SO I put some brass for sale on Flea-bay and they took it down
EBay is no longer "gun friendly", they have pretty much banned any part orcomponent that will make a gun go "Boom". I no longer use their website because of this fact, I just can't see where doing business with companies like that is helping my gun rights. I've been looking at other websites to deal with, and a new one out there a site called Hunt-A-Swap. I've posted their link onto my signature in case anyone is interested. They seem to be a swapping site which is a pretty novel idea too, but you can buy and sell also. They are not an auction site though, but if there's something I'm looking for, I can swapor buy it from the owner. They seem to be just getting started, but check them out.

RE: SO I put some brass for sale on Flea-bay and they took it down
Fleabay is a waste of time when it comes to selling anything firearm related. If you sell a stock for instance you can't ship it out of the US but yet they still charge the same as they would if it could ship worldwide. I have a paintball gun to sell for my son and its accessories plus a bunch of housewares my wife is going to put up for sale and then I am cancelling it.

RE: SO I put some brass for sale on Flea-bay and they took it down
As everyone has already stated, eBay sux! I actually got suspended and my account cancelled when I listed some 20rd mags for an AR15. I listed them, they disappeared, re-listed them and BAM! Suspended for trying to sell them. This was several years ago. Used to be able to buy and sell everything gun related except for receivers or complete weapons. Now they don't even allow parts other than stocks.
I use Gunbroker.com, Gunsamerica.com and some local advertising places. |

Everyone should boycott Flea-bay in myopinion!

RE: SO I put some brass for sale on Flea-bay and they took it down
Let's go into business with our own version....lower fees, less BS, customer service that you can actually call and speak to someone, rather than reading a bunch of useless FAQ's, or emailing....
sell guns etc... just figure out a way to control the scammers.... |
