Powder Question?

When developing a load and changing from one powder to another (imr7828 to imr4350) do you need to clean the barrel of the previous powder before you shoot a different one? If not do you need to shoot a couple of rounds to foul the barrel with the different powder? Thanks!

I like to take a bore snake out at least and wipe out fouling when even compaing different wieghts of the same powder. I would do the same with changing powder also.

I don' t think it will have an effect on the powder but it may have an effect on accuracy. When trying a new load I like to start from scratch (i.e. a clean barrel) then fire a few fouling shots. That way i know I don' t have a lot of buildup affecting the results. Just my thoughts. Good luck.
