RE: Where to buy shooting supplies from
I was looking for an odd part the other day and finally found it at Lock Stock and Barrel. Don't know what their URL is but it shouldn't be hard to find. MidSouth Shooters is another. Natchez Shooters Supply.
Midway is trying to list everything known to man and it would take a billion dollars to keep it all in stock. I think they are trying to be like Amazon. I just call around until I find the outfit who has what I want and then give them the order. |

None of the places carries timney triggers or have them in stock
thanks for the information..I ordered right from timney company.. |
RE: Where to buy shooting supplies from
Sounds too late but Midway has the largest inventory. They do have timney triggers. On occasion I have used Midwest Shooters Supply, (not mid south).

RE: Where to buy shooting supplies from
I have always purchased all supplys from Midway USA untill last month, I always order something from the monthly sale flyer and after picking my 7 sale items all but one was out of stock so just for the heck of it I checked Natchez Supply and not only did they have all the items in stock all but one was cheaper than Midways on sale, Needless to say Natchez is now getting my buisness and I have learned that if you can't find it in their online catalog call them, they usually have what your looking for....

Big pa---And how is there shipping compared to Midway(Natchez) that is???
|
RE: Where to buy shooting supplies from
Comparable shipping cost but a little faster to my area

They only carry a limited amount of reloading components. But I have always found Powder Valley to have the best prices. And they will put primer's and powder in the same box for one Hazardous Materials charge. Tom.

RE: Where to buy shooting supplies from
I checked their site out and like Tom says..A very limited supply....I agree...
So I aint gonna waste my time with them...I want to find a place that either has it when I want it or can at least get it in reasonable time... |
RE: Where to buy shooting supplies from
I agree with you, but the problem is most places charge two hazardous material charges if you mix primer's and powder. I usually order powder and primer's once a year. And for that one order(possibly two) Powder Valley saves me a lot of money. Tom.

I found that I have to check all of them to get the best price. One will beat one's price on a item than another one will beat another one's priceon adifferent item. Midway has that $20 minimum order crap or they charge you an extra $3.00 for handling so you have to check shipping too. I check online alot too with some of the smaller off the wall joints. I bought a DFT Lead Sled the other day for $127.00 so it pays to do some checking.
