RE: allen mag cartridges???

Kirby firmly believes in maximum capacity and long heavy for caliber high BC bullets, his fave for the 270's is a 195 gr wildcat, the 7mm's is the 200 gr wildcat, these bullets have an ungodly BC over .7. His cases get the kirby treatment, blown out and sharp shouldered.
Are these the only bullets he reccomends by used in his rifles? Does he also make the bullets?

I think you can argue all day about what one cartride has to offer over another. I believe the bottom line is you need to decide what you'll be happy with and make your purchase from that decision. Read the ballistics from many different calibers you are considering and go to a chart like that is on www.biggameinfo.comFrom that you can determine down range impact energy down range velocity, bullet drop and the whole nine yards. If you plan on spending that kinda money on a custom rig be sure your happy with what you decide.
