Outside neck turning vs. neck reaming

I'd kinda like to hear what some of you think in this regard. Neck reamers are of a set diameter, and have no adjustment. With the outside turners, you are the one who controls the operation. The reamers cost a lot more, also.
In what situation would you use one over the other? If any?

Never had reamed brass. I like you just couldn't find out info to justify.

I like outside neck turning for2 reasons. #1-it's easier and cheaper to set up PROPERLY. #2-you can get case neck centered for uniform results.
