You either Police your brass and garbage at our range-or you do not come back!!! Do you have a Range Officer??? If not, then why wouldn't you say something to the litter bugs??? We would not put up with that type of crap here. Tom.
Funny you mention that. One range I used while living in CA had no problem iffen you policed your brass, however the marshalls got all cranky iffen you snagged someone elses that had been lying around. Seems that they collected all left overs, decapped and tumbled the worthwhile stuff and peddle it at the gun shows in bags of 50-100 case lots...
