Use a hand cranked Lyman case trimmer myself.Usually trim about a tumbler full at one time. It does get old fast.

How about an RCBS trim die? Screw it in to the press, get it set up to where you want it, and get out the file.

My friend uses this method to trim cases. It is a very fast and easy way totrim cases. Usually takes about two or three strokes of the file and the case is done. May go to it myself.

I have two different setups. An RCBS power station with a Leecutter that I drilled out to epoxy a threaded shank to screw into the station, just change out the guide for what your trimming, the other is a Hornady hand crank.

Hey Tuk! I used to get the same pain in my neck until I tried this new product. I have an RCBS case trimmer. Used to trim everything by all manual means until I purchased one of the RCBS cutter heads that is caliber specific that trims the cases, deburrs, and inside champhers all at the same time. The one that I purchased is for .223. I will be purchasing more soon. They are not cheap, but they are very quick and do a very good job. I also use a hand drill to power my trimmer.

Thanks for the heads up. I will have to check into one of those. I just did 60 270win. cases and man, what a pain in the neck. I also polish the cases with steel wool while chucked up.

I have a Lyman universal trimmer that I like. It already coimes with 9 common sized guides and is alot easier on thehands then the Lee trimmers. I like the lee trimmers too.
