I have been searching the net all day and came up with this

here is the description on the item and item #IH-210524

Lee Anniversary Reloading Kit
This kit and a set of dies is all you need to reload any cartridge. At the heart of the kit is the Challenger Press, a strong O-frame press with a larger-than-average opening angled at 30° for maximum hand clearance. Compound leverage easily performs full-length sizing on even the largest magnum cases. Built-in, easy-to-empty primer catcher. Complete powder-handling system, including the precise Perfect Powder Measure; Safety Scale, the most sensitive and safest of all powder scales; powder funnel; and powder data manual with more than 1,000 different loads tested and recommended by Hodgdon Powder Co. Case preparation tools include a cutter and lock stud to trim cases; an inside/outside case mouth chamber tool; primer pocket cleaner; and a tube of premium sizing lube. Plus, you get Lee's popular auto-prime primer feeding system and a set of shellholders for more than 115 different cartridges.

That is what I bought. Cheap and works just as good as an RCBS.

I have the same kit, bought it back in January. It works great for the money. The Lee dies seem to work just fine too, but I am starting to see some of thier flaws. Now that I have that kit I have bought one of thier cheap presses too for sizing and decapping. I am also thinking of a turret press in the future. Great stuff for the money imho.

TUK101- what flaw are you speeking of?

Well, in my .270 die set, the bullet seater will stick a bullet sometimes. I believe that is a flaw with the die itself, too much taper on the end of the seating pin. And the powder measure doesnt handle fine grain powders well, like the H110. It does stay very accurate, but the handle is very hard to move with that powder. And the scale takes some getting used to and probably isnt as accurate as the cheap RCBS one is. Nothing major, just things that you will pick up on with use. The kit is still very worth the price.

Wow, that is cheap and it has not gone up much over the years as I started with that press years ago. The powder measure is stiff with fine grain powders because it is not made to tight tolerances like an RCBS or Hornady measure. One should also check the scale pretty often as they are known to loose their zero. For starting out that kit is a fine way to go and you can always be on the lookout for better items that are slightly used or on sale somewhere.

Now you need a good set of calipers to check OAL

Of the reloaded cartridges.

And a reloading manual

And maybe a Electronic Powder Scale

I plan on getting a digital scale it was just the fact that it had every thing with this kit to get started was nice
well any how I found a nice deal on a 3 die lee progresive on ebay I just bought it has 2 sets of dies with it that I currently shoot so that was a big pluss
it has 44 mag dies and 9mm dies
and for my 454 casuell I will get the conversion so that I can run 4 dies or maby I will just de prime with a hand held unit and so I can tumble the ammo
and then just stick with the 3 die process
