Lyman?

Is this worth having for a beginner?

It's a Lyman "All American, Turret", comes with a micrometer powder dispenser.

RE: Lyman?

I have an old Lyman turret press that I use for my handgun loads. It has never given me a minutes trouble. Good press.

RE: Lyman?

Would I be able to get dies and plates for this model. It is an older press (I am not sure how old)

What is a fair price for this if it is in workable condition.

RE: Lyman?

Does anyone have any advice on this press as far as what I need to buy? dies, plates, acc's?
As mentioned on another thread I have the .270

I would like to start reloading for this caliber?
Does this make sense?
