RE: RCBS jr.
ORIGINAL: shepdogwv I was just wondering what the difference between the jr. press and the rock chucker press was. I noticed that the jr. can be had for quite a bit cheaper. THanks I recently bought a Rockchucker, but I still generally use my 1967 vintage Jr. for everything except heavy-duty sizing and case forming. But being kinda nuts, I still use my old-time Lyman 310 tong tool from time to time as well..... |
RE: RCBS jr.
i've had the same RCBS, Jr for about 35 years. It has served me well.It is a bit difficult to full length re-size .30-06 with it: But that should seldom be necessary.i am remindedthat i need to take mine apart and give it a good cleaning and oiling. Thanks.

I had one for many years. Great press.

RE: RCBS jr.
I've had a few of them over the years too... As was said, the Rock Chucker is easier when sizeingbigger cases, so i've never ended up keeping one. Good press though...
