OAL for Encores
Was loading some 22-250 for the encore and noticed how far the bullet was out of the case, anybody notice this?

Do you mean, for your encore, you need to load your bullet far outside the case to hit the rifling? My rule is to load deep enough to be at least one caliber (.223" in your case) or/and the bullet has full contact with the neck.
